Creating an I-485 Adjustment of Status Case on the MyEsq Portal

IMPORTANT: When filling out your questionnaires, please input information completely and accurately to the best of your ability to avoid delays with your case.

1. Visit MyEsq Portal at https://myesq.bizlegalservices.com
2. Use your credentials to log in to your MyEsq account (click here if you do not yet have an account to sign up)
3. Click on New Petition Button from Home Page         
   The system will automatically generate a petition number and a New Petition Request window will pop up on your screen.
4. Select I-485 Adjustment of Status from Petition/Case Type
   NOTE: If you intend to downgrade your EB-2 to EB-3, please also ask your employer to create an I-140 case on your behalf on your employer’s MyEsq portal. 
5. Proceed to complete the rest of the I-485 Petition Request
   NOTE: If you have dependents, please select yes, indicate the number of dependents you have.
6. Make the requested payment
7. Click Submit and proceed to submit the rest of your support documents (If you do not have all of your support documents ready, you may upload them later or email them to your ILBSG team)
